It appears their future outcome plans only span 5-6 years in the future, is this time span deemed enough time to achieve all that they have outlined in that document? From their past inaction, I doubt it.
I have come to believe that the United Nations is basically ineffective and/or useless in bringing about any type of intervention or change after their inaction during the carpet bombing of Gaza by the Israeli military.
