Maybe you don't understand the technology? A cell phone has an unique identity. If it connects to a cell signal source a record exists. There is no room for bias in the analysis. Either the record exists or it doesn't.

The bias is obvious because he didn't bother to do the same data capture and analysis of any of Trump's rallies. Polls and data can be manipulated in many ways to get the desired end result.

It's widely reported that the Harris /Walz team is paying and  busing thousands of people long distances to her rallies. Don't provide a tainted Reuters story to try and refute that.
